MDR FELLOWSHIP

The Bible teaches us that iron sharpens irons, and one man sharpens another (Proverb 27:17). MDR creates a fellowship of men who share the common experience of divorce. Through this fellowship we support each other in the form of Zoom support groups to make new connections, and never have to walk through life alone.

WHO WE ARE

Men's Divorce Recovery (MDR) is a ministry which began in 2016 after its CEO and founder, Dale J. Brown went through his own divorce following 32 years of marriage. Convinced that every man who is divorced can experience God's love and transformation, Dale launched MDR to help men find God’s plan for them during the second half of their life.

MDR recognizes that the experiences men have while going through a divorce differ significantly from the experiences that women have. Data shows that majority of divorces are filed by women. This puts many men on the receiving end of a situation that they themselves do not want.

Societal expectations of men can contribute to them going astray, turning to negative activities and addictions to cope with their pain. MDR provides an alternative that leads men to a path informed by love, healing, and fellowship so that they can survive and thrive beyond divorce.
