The goals of week 4 are to help you understand the process of divorce recovery, to help you find your place in this recovery process, and to give you hope that things will get better if you stay on the right path.
The goal of week 5 is to challenge you to honestly examine your role in your divorce and work toward repenting of things that need repenting and forgiving the people and things that need forgiving.
The goal of week 6 is to help you manage your expectations. Exceptions that are set too high lead to disappointment when they are not met. On the other, expectations set to low can lead to deadly compromise.
The goal of week 7 is to help you understand, manage and constructively express your emotions.
The goals of week 8 are to (1) help you manage your desire for sex, (2) learn how to use sex as God intended and (3) to think carefully about what dating and a future and a future marriage might look like for you.
The goal of week 9 is to help you understand your relationship with God.
The goal of the last session is to help you to determine what a win looks like.
